- Albums purchased through this event will be shipped in bulk after the event ends.
- 根據特典卡及專輯的準備期，發貨期可能需要30個以上的工作日。（不包含週末和國定假日）
- Purchased albums will be shipped in batches after the event ends, and may take 30 or more weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the perks and product preparation period.
- 所有透過本活動訂購的專輯將於活動結束後開始發貨。

- 得獎者將於10月05日 (一）17:00 (TST) 後透過應募時提供的電子郵件信箱得到通知。
- Winners will be notified individually after 17:00 (TST) on MON, October 5th, via the contact information entered at the time of application and the orderer's e-mail.

- 活動流程 Event Procedures
1. 本次活動共進行3回，每回20位中獎者，共60位。每回合僅可中獎一次，每人最多可中獎3次。
This event will be held in 3 parts, with 20 winners per part, for a total of 60 winners. You may only win once per part, with a maximum of 3 parts per person.
2. 活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生年月日和照片的實體身份證。
- 未進行身分驗證則無法參與活動，若中獎者名字與身份證名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。
- 符合驗證資格的身分證種類如下：
- 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、未過期的護照
- 成年者：中華民國身分證、未過期的護照
- 所有外國人：未過期的護照
* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或影本、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name and date of birth to the signing session.
- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.
-The types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.
- Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Unexpired Passport
- Adults: R.O.C. ID card, Unexpired Passport
- All foreigners: Unexpired Passport
* All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.
3. 在參與抽獎活動時，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。
- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期。
- 收集目的：確認 KickFlip The 5th Mini Album [KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1] 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。
- 個人訊息的接收者：JYP ENTERTAINMENT、V-EIGHT CORP.。
- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。
When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for wins
and to conduct the event.
- Collected information: Order Information, name, contact information, date of birth
- Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan event commemorating the release of KickFlip The 5th Mini Album [KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1] and to conduct the event.
- Recipients of personal information: JYP ENTERTAINMENT, V-Eight Corp.
- Period of retention and utilzation of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event.
4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前，至指定區域等待。超過入場時間即不可入場。
Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of each event. If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.
5. 本活動禁止攜帶相機、攝影機、錄影機，只允許手機拍攝。
Cameras, video cameras, and video recorders are not allowed in this event, only cell phone is allowed.
6. 活動進行時請勿與成員自拍。
It is prohibited to take selfies with members during the event.
7. 拍照時禁止使用閃光燈、自動對焦輔助照明器和頻閃燈。
Flash, AF-assist illuminators, and strobe lights are prohibited when taking photos.
8. 活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，無論是否獲得簽名，都將被要求立即離開會場。
Live broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the event session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.
9. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。
Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.
10. 活動進行時，禁止提及其他藝人，提及時可能會受到工作人員制止。
Please avoid mentioning other artists, as staff may intervene.
11. 活動進行時，請勿與藝人進行肢體接觸。
Please do not make physical contact with the artists during the event.
12. 請注意，不允許塗鴉及貼貼紙在藝人身上。
Please note that graffiti or sticker which could touch the skin are not allowed.
13. 本活動不接受禮物及道具，僅可透過工作人員轉交手寫信。
Gifts or fan signing items are not allowed at this event. Only handwritten letters can be handed through the staff.
14. 請勿攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機入場。
Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.
15. 為了安全起見，活動期間門市進行出入管制。
For security reasons, access control is carried out at the store during the event.
16. 為了活動順利進行，請好好遵守門市內工作人員的引導。
For smooth operation, please follow the guidance of the staff.
- 應募結果與名單確定機制
1. 凡參與本公司之應募(含預購性質)活動，於應募期間截止之時，即同步進入名單整理、抽選及中選者確認作業流程。
For all applications (including pre-order based entries) to our events, once the application period ends, the process of list compilation, random selection, and winner confirmation begins immediately.
2. 基於活動作業機制，應募截止後即視為訂單成立並進入不可逆之作業階段，恕無法受理任何形式之取消、退款、轉讓或應募內容之變更。
Due to the operational nature of the event, after the application deadline, all orders are considered finalized and enter an irreversible processing stage. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations, refunds, transfer, or any changes to application details cannot be accepted under and circumstances after the deadline.
