- 活動流程 Event Procedure
1. 本次活動每位成員各進行5回，每回5分鐘。每人一個成員只能當選一回，應募時不能指定參加的回合。
This event will be held for 5 minutes per session and 5 rounds per member. You can only win one session per member, and cannot specify the round to participate in when applying.
2. 每回活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生日期和照片在內的實體身份證。
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name date of birth to the venue 10 minutes before the event.
3. 請務必攜帶有您的姓名、出生日期和照片的身份證參加活動。
- 如果得獎者的身份證沒有經過驗證，例：名字與身份證上的名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。
- 符合驗證資格的身份證種類如下：
- 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、護照
- 成年者：中華民國身份證、護照
- 所有外國人：未過期的護照
* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或複印件、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name and date of birth to the event.
- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.
- The types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.
- Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Passport
- Adults: R.O.C. ID card, Passport
- All foreigners: Unexpired Passport
* All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.
4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前至指定區域等待。超過入場時間即不可入場。
Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of each event. If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.
5. TO.可以使用得獎者真實姓名/暱稱進行 (英/韓)。
TO.can be conducted with winner's real name or nickname. (English / Korean)
6. 在活動期間，不允許四處走動，請務必坐在自己的座位上，否則可能會被驅逐出活動會場。
You are not allowed to move around during the session. Please be sure to sit in your seat as you may be asked to leave.
7. 本活動禁止攜帶相機、攝影機、錄影機，只允許一支手機拍攝。使用手機腳架時請於入場前設置完畢，若入場前腳架未設置完畢則不允許攜帶入場。
Cameras, video cameras, and video recorders are not allowed in this event, only one cell phone is allowed. When using a tripod, please set it up before entering, If the tripod is not set up before entering, you will not be allowed to bring it into the event.
8. 拍攝藝人以外的他人時，可能會被要求刪除拍攝內容並被請出會場，敬請見諒。
If you film anyone other than the artist, the recorded material may be deleted and you may ne removed from the venue.
9. 活動進行時請勿與成員自拍。
It is prohibited to take selfies with members during the event.
10. 拍照時禁止使用閃光燈、自動對焦輔助照明器和頻閃燈。
Flash, AF-assist illuminators, and strobe lights are prohibited when taking photos.
11. 活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，都將被要求立即離開會場。
Live broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the event session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.
12. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。
Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.
13. 活動期間請對LUN8成員使用正確的稱呼。對成員說出不當的稱呼或言行時，將會被現場工作人員制止。 (ex.喂、呀，或是其他貶低成員的單詞)
Please use proper titles and honorifics for LUN8 members. When using names and words that may be unpleasant when referring to members, There may be restraints from staff. (ex. Hey, you, him, words disparaging a member)
14. 請理解，若與藝人一同拍照，可能會被要求刪除拍攝內容並採取離場處置。
Please note that taking photos with the artist may result in the deletion of the photos and removal from the event.
15. 請理解，若進行自拍（包含僅拍攝藝人本人，以及與藝人一同拍攝），可能會被要求刪除拍攝內容並採取離場處置。
Please note that taking selfies (including photos of the artist alone or with the artist) may result in the deletion of the photos and removal from the event.
16. 禁止與藝人互相拍攝。若經查獲，可能會被要求刪除拍攝內容並採取離場處置，敬請理解。
Taking photos of each other together with the artist is prohibited. If caught, the photos may be deleted and you may be removed from the event.
17. 若要求藝人透過群組聊天室等即時通訊軟體進行聊天，可能會受到工作人員制止，敬請理解。
Please note that requesting the artist to chat via messaging apps, including group chats, may result in staff intervention.
18. 若要求藝人在本次活動指定物品以外的個人物品（如便利貼、拍立得等）上進行塗鴉或簽名，該物品將直接予以銷毀，敬請理解。
Please note that if you request the artist to sign or doodle on personal belongings (such as Post-it notes or Polaroid photos) other than the items designated for this event, those items will be discarded.
19. 本次活動不接受手寫信及禮物。
Handwritten letters and Gifts are not allowed at this event.
20. 請勿攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機入場。
Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.
21. 請注意，不允許塗鴉及貼貼紙在藝人身上。
Please note that graffiti or sticker which could touch the skin are not allowed.
22. 為了安全起見，活動期間現場進行出入管制。
For security reasons, access control is carried out at the venue during the event.
23. 為了活動順利進行，請好好遵守現場工作人員的引導。
For smooth operation, please follow the guidance of the staff in the store.
- 參與粉絲須知及其他訊息
1. 在活動預購期間爲抽獎而購買的產品，在活動預購期間結束後不得取消，也不得退款。
(在預購截止日期前可接受取消訂單，但即失去抽獎資格。若在活動預購期間結束前訂單未完成付款，即使訂單成立，該訂單及抽獎資格仍將自動取消。)
Products purchased for the purpose of entry within the event entry period are non-cancelable and non-refundable after the end of the entry period. Cancellations are accepted up to the entry deadline, but will not be eligible for entry.
(If payment is not received by the end of the sale, even if the site default deposit deadline is met, the product will be automatically canceled.)
2. 本活動允許重複購買及代理購買，但絕對禁止代理參與活動，只有得獎者才能參加。
（我們不對代理參與活動和人與人之間交易產生的任何問題負責）。
Duplicate and proxy entries are allowed, but participation in the event is absolutely prohibited and only the winner can participate. (We are not responsible for any problems arising from proxy entries and person-to-person transactions.)
3. 得獎者公佈後，我們將不接受通過客服中心對姓名和聯繫資訊做任何修改。
- 請務必在提交表單前確認您的姓名和聯繫資訊。(如為外國人士，請輸入準確的聯絡電話，以及需提供可以接收簡訊的聯絡方式)。
After the winner is announced, we will not accept any changes to the name and contact information through the customer service. Please be sure to confirm your name and contact information before entering. (If you are a foreigner, please enter an accurate contact number that can be contacted via SMS text).
4. 在參與抽獎活動時，爲了檢查重複中獎，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。
- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期。
- 收集目的：確認 LUN8 4TH MINI ALBUM [Off the Grid] 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。
- 個人訊息的接收者：fantagio、V-EIGHT CORP.。
- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。
When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for duplicate wins and to conduct the event.
- Collected information: Order number, name, contact information, date of birth
- Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan signing event of LUN8 4TH MINI ALBUM [Off the Grid] and to conduct the event.
- Recipients of personal information: fantagio, V-EIGHT CORP.。
- Period of retention and utilization of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event
5. 本活動可能會因主辦方的情況而改變和取消，恕不另行通知。
This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice due to the circumstances of the organizer.
6. 爲保證活動的順利進行請廣大粉絲配合，除此之外，如果認爲對活動有過度的影響，工作人員可能會對活動進行限制。
We ask for the cooperation of fans to ensure the smooth running of the event, and in addition to the above, if it is deemed to be excessively disruptive to the event, the staff may restrict it.
7. 活動商品及特典不可退換（活動預購期間後取消和退換），購買前請確認內容，如不同意還請諒解。
Event products and benefits are non-returnable (canceled or refunded after the application deadline). Please check the contents before purchasing, and if you do not agree, please understand that you will not be able to participate in the event.
8. 未成年顧客必須在其法定代理人同意下購買商品。
Minor customers must purchase products with the consent of a legal representative.
- 應募結果與名單確定機制
1. 凡參與本公司之應募(含預購性質)活動，於應募期間截止之時，即同步進入名單整理、抽選及中選者確認作業流程。
For all applications (including pre-order based entries) to our events, once the application period ends, the process of list compilation, random selection, and winner confirmation begins immediately.
2. 基於活動作業機制，應募截止後即視為訂單成立並進入不可逆之作業階段，恕無法受理任何形式之取消、退款、轉讓或應募內容之變更。
Due to the operational nature of the event, after the application deadline, all orders are considered finalized and enter an irreversible processing stage. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations, refunds, transfer, or any changes to application details cannot be accepted under and circumstances after the deadline.
