- Albums purchased through this event will be shipped in bulk after the event ends.
- 根據特典卡及專輯的準備期，發貨期可能需要30個以上的工作日。（不包含週末和國定假日）
- Purchased albums will be shipped in batches after the event ends, and may take 30 or more weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the perks and product preparation period.
- 所有透過本活動訂購的專輯將於活動結束後開始發貨。

- 得獎者將於6月5日 (五）17:00 (TST) 後透過應募時提供的電子郵件信箱得到通知。
- Winners will be notified individually after 17:00 (TST) on FRI, June 5th, via the contact information entered at the time of application and the orderer's e-mail.

- 活動流程 Event Procedures
1. 本次活動每位成員各抽出5位得獎者，共抽出30位得獎者。
5 winners will be drawn from each member, for a total of 30 winners.
2. 活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生年月日和照片的實體身份證。
- 未進行身分驗證則無法參與活動，若中獎者名字與身份證名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。
- 符合驗證資格的身分證種類如下：
- 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、未過期的護照
- 成年者：中華民國身分證、未過期的護照
- 所有外國人：未過期的護照
* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或影本、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name and date of birth to the signing session.
- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.
-The types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.
- Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Unexpired Passport
- Adults: R.O.C. ID card, Unexpired Passport
- All foreigners: Unexpired Passport
* All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.
3. 在參與抽獎活動時，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。
- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期。
- 收集目的：確認 SF9 Special Album [About Love] 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。
- 個人訊息的接收者：FNC Entertainment、V-EIGHT CORP.。
- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。
When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for wins
and to conduct the event.
- Collected information: Order Information, name, contact information, date of birth
- Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan event commemorating the release of SF9 Special Album [About Love] and to conduct the event.
- Recipients of personal information: FNC Entertainment, V-Eight Corp.
- Period of retention and utilzation of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event.
4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前，至指定等待區等待。超過入場時間即不可進場。
Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of event.
If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.
5. 在活動期間，不允許四處走動，否則可能會被驅逐出活動會場。
You are not allowed to move around during the event.
6. 本四格照活動將以藝人與中獎者拍攝五張合照後中獎者將先行退場的方式進行，並不得以任何理由要求重新拍攝。
For this 4-cut photo event, the artist and the winner will take five photos together, after which the winner will leave first. Requests for retakes will not be accepted for any reason.
7. 本四格照活動將不提供 QR Code，敬請見諒。
Please note that the QR Code will not be provided for this 4-cut photo event.
8. 除四格照拍攝外，本活動全面禁止任何拍攝及錄音行為。
Except for the 4-cut photo shoot, all filming and recording are prohibited at this event.
9. 活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，將被要求立即離開會場。
SLive broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the signing session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.
10. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。
Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.
11. 活動期間請對藝人使用正確的稱呼。對藝人說出不當的稱呼或言行時,將會被現場工作人員制止。 (ex.喂,呀,或是其他貶低藝人的單詞)
Please use proper titles and honorifics for artist. When using names and words that may be unpleasant when referring to artist, There may be restraints from staff. (ex. Hey, you, him, words disparaging a artist)
12. 本活動禁止與藝人進行任何形式上的肢體接觸。
Any form of physical contact with the artist is prohibited during this event.
13. 本次活動不接受手寫信及禮物。
"Hand written letter and Gifts" are not allowed at this event.
14. 本活動無法向藝人傳遞任何道具。
Props cannot be handed to the artist during this event.
15. 本活動進行時，禁止攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機等任何拍攝器具入場。
Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.
16. 為了活動順利進行，請好好遵守工作人員的引導。
For smooth operation, please follow the guidance of the staff.
17. 實際拍攝流程與方式會依現場狀況調整。
The actual shooting process and procedures may vary depending on on-site conditions,
- 應募結果與名單確定機制
1. 凡參與本公司之應募(含預購性質)活動，於應募期間截止之時，即同步進入名單整理、抽選及中選者確認作業流程。
For all applications (including pre-order based entries) to our events, once the application period ends, the process of list compilation, random selection, and winner confirmation begins immediately.
2. 基於活動作業機制，應募截止後即視為訂單成立並進入不可逆之作業階段，恕無法受理任何形式之取消、退款、轉讓或應募內容之變更。
Due to the operational nature of the event, after the application deadline, all orders are considered finalized and enter an irreversible processing stage. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations, refunds, transfer, or any changes to application details cannot be accepted under and circumstances after the deadline.
