- 活動流程 Event Procedure
1. 本次活動每位成員各進行4回，每回4分鐘。每人一個成員只能當選一回，應募時不能指定參加的回合。
This event will be held for 4 minutes per session and 4 rounds per member. You can only win one session per member, and cannot specify the round to participate in when applying.
2. 每回活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生日期和照片在內的實體身份證。
- 如果得獎者的身份證沒有經過驗證，例：名字與身份證上的名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。
- 符合驗證資格的身分證種類如下：
● 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、未過期的護照
● 成年者：中華民國身分證、未過期的護照
● 所有外國人：未過期的護照
* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或影本、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name date of birth to the venue 10 minutes before the event.
- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.
-Types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.
● Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Unexpired Passport
● Adults: ID card, Unexpired Passport
● All foreigners: Unexpired Passport
* All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.
3.在參與抽獎活動時，爲了檢查重複中獎，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。
- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期、 Cosmo ID, Cosmo mail。
- 收集目的：確認 tripleS [LOVE&POP] pt.1 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。
- 個人訊息的接收者：MODHAUS、V-EIGHT CORP.。
- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。
When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for wins and to conduct the event.
- Collected information: Order Information, name, contact information, date of birth, Cosmo ID, Cosmo mail.
- Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan event commemorating the release of tripleS [LOVE&POP] pt.1 and to conduct the event.
- Recipients of personal information: MODHAUS, V-Eight Corp.
- Period of retention and utlization of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event
4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前，至指定區域等待。超過入場時間即不可入場。
Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of each event. If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.
5. 在活動期間，不允許四處走動，請務必坐在自己的座位上，否則可能會被驅逐出活動會場。
You are not allowed to move around during the event or set up a tripod in a location other than your seat. Please be sure to sit in your seat as you may be asked to leave.
6. 本活動全程禁止拍攝，所有電子設備皆不得攜帶入場。
Photography is strictly prohibited throughout the event, and no electronic devices are allowed inside the venue.
7.活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，都將被要求立即離開會場。
Live broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the event session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.
8. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。
Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.
9. 本次活動不接受手寫信及禮物。
Hand written letter and Gifts" are not allowed at this event.
10. 請勿攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機入場。
Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.
11. 請注意，不允許塗鴉及貼貼紙在藝人身上。
Please note that graffiti or stickers that touch the skin are not allowed.
- 參與粉絲須知及其他訊息 Notes to Entrants and Other Guidance
1. 在活動預購期間爲抽獎而購買的產品，在活動預購期間結束後不得取消，也不得退款。
(在截止日期前，將接受取消訂購，但不將失去抽獎資格。如果在活動預購期間結束前未收到付款，即使符合網站默認的定金截止日期，該訂單及抽獎資格也將自動取消。)
Products purchased for the purpose of entry within the event entry period are non-cancelable and non-refundable after the end of the entry period.
(Cancellations are accepted up to the entry deadline, but will not be eligible for entry.) If payment is not received by the end of the sale, even if the site default deposit deadline is met, the product will be automatically canceled.
2. 本活動允許重複購買及代理購買，但絕對禁止代理參與活動，只有得獎者才能參加。（我們不對代理參與活動和人與人之間的交易產生的任何問題負責）。
Duplicate and proxy entries are allowed, but participation in the event is absolutely prohibited and only the winner can participate. (We are not responsible for any problems arising from proxy entries and person-to-person transactions.)
3. 得獎者公佈後，我們將不接受通過客服中心對姓名和聯絡資訊的任何修改。
請務必在提交表單前確認您的姓名和聯絡資訊。(對於外國人，請輸入準確的聯絡電話，可以提供可以接受簡訊的聯絡方式)。
After the winner is announced, we will not accept any changes to the name and contact information through the customer service.
Please be sure to confirm your name and contact information before entering. (If you are a foreigner, please enter an accurate contact number that can be contacted via SMS text).
4. 本活動可能會因主辦方的情況而改變和取消，恕不另行通知。
This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice due to the circumstances of the organizer.
5. 爲保證活動的順利進行，請廣大粉絲配合，除此之外，如果認爲對活動有過度的影響，工作人員可能會對活動進行限制。
We ask for the cooperation of fans to ensure the smooth running of the event, and in addition to the above, if it is deemed to be excessively disruptive to the event, the staff may restrict it.
6. 活動產品及特典不可退換（活動預購期間後取消和退換）。購買前請確認內容，如不同意，請諒解。
Event prizes are non-returnable (canceled or refunded after the application deadline). Please check the contents before purchasing, and if you do not agree, please understand that you will not be able to participate in the event.
7. 未成年顧客必須在其法定代理人同意下購買產品。

- 應募結果與名單確定機制
1. 凡參與本公司之應募(含預購性質)活動，於應募期間截止之時，即同步進入名單整理、抽選及中選者確認作業流程。
For all applications (including pre-order based entries) to our events, once the application period ends, the process of list compilation, random selection, and winner confirmation begins immediately.
2. 基於活動作業機制，應募截止後即視為訂單成立並進入不可逆之作業階段，恕無法受理任何形式之取消、退款、轉讓或應募內容之變更。
Due to the operational nature of the event, after the application deadline, all orders are considered finalized and enter an irreversible processing stage. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations, refunds, transfer, or any changes to application details cannot be accepted under and circumstances after the deadline.
